BSc Cloud Computing & Distributed Systems Dual Degree Launched with Illinois Tech

To meet soaring demand for cloud infrastructure engineers, Mltio University and Illinois Institute of Technology have inaugurated a dual Bachelor of Science in Cloud Computing & Distributed Systems. The program delivers foundational computer science education alongside specialized enterprise cloud engineering.

Students gain extensive practical experience architecting high-availability infrastructure across Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure. Key modules cover containerization, automated CI/CD pipelines, microservice telemetry, and distributed database fault tolerance.

"Every modern digital service relies upon resilient distributed systems," remarked the Head of Computing. "By partnering with Illinois Tech, we provide undergraduates with dual institutional credentials that certify both theoretical depth and production-ready engineering competence."

The program features virtual server clusters allocated to each student, enabling hands-on deployment of production-grade architectures without personal hardware limitations.
