One award, two timetables—evidence, not a brand line about ‘the same degree’.
Online or on campus

Two pathways invite a two-tier suspicion. This degree treats that suspicion as the research problem. You will design matched modules, second-marking plans, and student communications that do not imply the campus is the ‘real’ university. Winter continuity, adult learners, and identity assurance are core, not electives. You will also practise public information so the website does not undo the file. Applicants state their own primary mode. English-medium waiver includes U.S. regionally accredited bachelor's. mltio.com remains the brand home; Minneapolis is the campus node. Doctoral-style suspicion of two-tier awards is welcomed; brand lines about ‘the same degree’ without evidence are not. You will compare sampling, second marking, and participation points that break parity. Faculty will fail capstones that invent extra accreditation marks or that treat HLC as a product endorsement of this MSc. Winter continuity and adult learners are core, not electives. Public-information ethics are assessed because a website can undo a quality file in a week. Identity-checked assessment of this degree is part of the argument. The award is academic. It does not make you an HLC peer reviewer, does not accredit other institutions, and does not add UNESCO or ministry marks. Careers are institutional research, quality, and academic operations.
Thirty-six credits: parity theory and suspicion, assessment design, evidence files, and a supervised quality capstone. Three-credit courses. Identity-checked exams plus dossier work.

The published duration is 18 months. Teaching language: English. Actual time-to-complete depends on mode and any recognised prior learning.
You may study this award fully online from your country, or — where published — on campus at Mltio. Online study does not require a student visa. Campus study may.
Degree tuition for this award is published as £0 / tuition-free on the online pathway. Examination or administrative fees may apply at checkout — never an annual tuition invoice. Check the Fees page for any extras.
Requirements are grouped on this page (academic, English, documents). Equivalent qualifications are considered. English may be waived after prior English-medium study.
Assessment is typically a mix of coursework, projects, and examinations. Doctoral awards include a thesis or dissertation and an oral examination. Details sit in the programme specification and module outlines.
