Minnesota’s labour market includes engineers, nurses, teachers, and accountants whose first degrees were earned abroad. This MSc does not pretend Mltio can stamp them licensed. It teaches the administrative and professional-communication craft of bridging: evaluations, gap analysis, employer narratives, and honest public speech about what is still missing. You will write a briefing an HR manager can use, and a personal plan that does not confuse a master’s diploma with a licence. Dual-pathway study fits night shifts and family schedules. Primary mode is declared at application. Language waiver includes prior English-medium study and U.S. regionally accredited bachelor's; many applicants will still want to demonstrate professional English through assessed writing rather than a test score alone. Minneapolis campus seminars, if attended, are not a secret fast track to a licence Mltio does not control. Twin Cities employers and Greater Minnesota plants hire internationally educated staff into roles that may or may not match the first profession. You will practise saying, in public, what this master’s is not. A capstone that promises ‘U.S. licence included’ will fail. Faculty expect redacted files, honest gap lists, and HR-facing narratives that do not commit fraud. No immigration-form completion is assessed as legal practice. The award is academic. Thirty-six credits: U.S. credential ecology, professional communication, labour-market navigation (non-legal), and a supervised bridging capstone. Three-credit courses. Identity-checked assessment.

Modules are assessed through a published mix of coursework, applied projects, and examinations. Exam windows are announced in advance so students in other time zones are not forced into overnight sittings. Alternative arrangements are available where documented.

You may study this award fully online from your country, or — where published — on campus at Mltio. Online study does not require a student visa. Campus study may.
