Adult advising fails when the map is optimistic and the residency rule is whispered. This degree treats transfer as operations: articulation tables, expired credits, military evaluations, and the ethics of saying no. You will build tools a night-shift student can understand, and you will design dual-pathway advice that does not imply campus students get secret waivers. Minneapolis is the campus node; online is tuition-free and academically equal. Applicants state primary mode. English-medium waiver includes U.S. regionally accredited bachelor's. Identity-checked assessment remains in the map as a degree requirement, not as an afterthought for online students only. You will design tools a night-shift adult can understand, including what will not transfer. Faculty will fail optimistic maps that hide residency rules. Exception culture is treated as an operations risk. This MSc does not licence counselling; when a student needs clinical support, the correct outcome is referral, not an advising impersonation of therapy. PLA portfolios are evaluated against published rules, not against enrolment targets. The award is academic. It is not LPC, not LCSW, not a registrar licence. Career copy must not imply clinical advising.
Thirty-six credits: U.S. transfer ecology, advising operations, PLA and residency ethics, and a mapping capstone. Three-credit courses. Identity-checked assessment.

Modules are assessed through a published mix of coursework, applied projects, and examinations. Exam windows are announced in advance so students in other time zones are not forced into overnight sittings. Alternative arrangements are available where documented.

You may study this award fully online from your country, or — where published — on campus at Mltio. Online study does not require a student visa. Campus study may.
