U.S. credit-hour culture still smells like seats. Mltio’s dual pathway cannot survive that smell. This certificate starts with task design: what the student actually does, how long a competent student needs, and which artefacts prove it. You will kill zombie language about contact hours that never happened, rebuild a three-credit module for online and campus sections, and show why identity-checked assessment is part of the hour story rather than a bolt-on. Minneapolis winter calendars, adult learners, and timezone-aware online students are the constraints. Applicants state primary mode. English-medium waiver includes U.S. regionally accredited bachelor's. If campus students sit in a room, that hour is in the budget as designed work or it is not claimed as a credit-hour contact fiction for the file. You will rebuild at least one three-credit module so online and campus sections show the same student-work budget. Faculty will mark whether LMS artefacts match the syllabus. A sentence that says ‘equivalent to three hours in class’ with no task map is a failing artefact. HLC-facing literacy means paperwork a reviewer can follow; it does not mean this PGCert is HLC-endorsed. The award is practice literacy. It is not an HLC site-visit badge, not DEAC accreditation of the certificate, not a promise that every transfer partner will accept every map. Public copy must not display accreditation logos on this page.
Fifteen credits: credit-hour policy literacy, module design, dual-pathway evidence, and a syllabus-rebuild capstone. Assessment is identity-checked. Certificate GPA scale as other Mltio PGCerts.

Modules are assessed through a published mix of coursework, applied projects, and examinations. Exam windows are announced in advance so students in other time zones are not forced into overnight sittings. Alternative arrangements are available where documented.
The published duration is 9 months. Teaching language: English. Actual time-to-complete depends on mode and any recognised prior learning.
You may study this award fully online from your country, or — where published — on campus at Mltio. Online study does not require a student visa. Campus study may.
